We are confident that your credit card transaction will be secure on every online purchase. We want you to feel safe and secure booking your travel with us online. For this reason, we use a sophisticated technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for flights, hotels or rental cars. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the Internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the Internet again. On the passenger information and payment pages, the address bar changes from http:// to https://, which assures you that your information is encrypted and secure.
Verification of Credit Cards Before any tickets can be processed, we verify that the credit card billing address matches the address provided and that the credit card is a valid card. For international credit cards, 3rd party purchases, transactions over $1500, or for one-way purchases, we may require additional faxed verification. The credit card holder will need to complete our authorization form and send to our office. We will provide this form either by email or fax. This form says it is ok for the passengers to use the credit card. The credit card holder will need to fill out the credit card authorization and fax it, along with a photocopy of the credit card being used to us. We'll make sure everything is ok and issue the tickets.

Customers have direct online access to review, update, correct or discontinue their personal profiles at any time.
